Workshops, retreats, courses, group packages, masterclasses:

payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your place. If using a payment plan your place is not secured until payment is made in full. Careful attention is paid to uniting the right group so placements are non transferrable to maintain balance and synergy within the group.

1:1 coaching sessions –

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Packages must be paid in full to commence 1:1 sessions.

Any overdue or unpaid invoices for services redeemed will be pursued under the guide and extent of the law and may incur further late charges to cover extensive administration costs by the business and/or debt collectors.


Please contact us if you are unable to attend a session to allow us to try to fill the spot and reschedule our time.

Three full working days are required to reschedule a private consultation. otherwise your session becomes forfeited.


On purchase of your service we provide an automatic consumer service guarantee. Our refund policy follows the DFT guidelines. Refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. Refunds follow all DFT and ACC guidelines to satisfy consumer rights and are at the discretion of the business owner.
